The Mingyi Foundation is committed to being an NPO (Non-Profit Organization) that supports other NPOs, providing resources and methodologies to help NPOs and NGOs in the Philippines maximize social innovation solutions. The "Lean Impact Program" combines the "Lean Method" originating from Silicon Valley, which involves conducting small-scale, low-cost, and rapidly visible service solution experiments. This approach helps reduce the risk of resource misallocation, making it easier for NPOs to achieve their program goals.

To encourage NGOs to try this method, we have developed relevant courses and launched the "Lean Impact Program" to support and promote Filipino NGOs in boldly developing innovative breakthroughs in new services, thereby creating meaningful social impact!
